𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐐𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤:❝ Photography is the only language that can be understood anywhere in the world. ❞ 𒆜 Buno Barbey
THIS CHALLENGEis open to everyone. Once you have taken 30 or more photos the flashback link will appear in the box below "View this month" under "Photo Details" on your page. Hopefully, as we go back in time we will see that our photography skills have improved and maybe even have a laugh or two at what we once thought was good enough to post.
ABOUT POSTING:as long as it is Friday somewhere in the world you can post. Or if you would like you can wait until it is Friday where you live, that is fine too.
HOW DOES IT WORK?Click the Flashback View link and it will take you to one of your past photos.
USE THE FIRSTimage it gives you, even if you aren't too fond of it! That way we can see how much you have progressed in your photography skills while on the Project.
TO SHARE: Underneath your photo is a curved arrow to the right (➦). Click on the arrow and there will be an "Embed Code". Copy the code then paste it in the comment box below adding any comments if you wish to do so.
THANK YOUfor participating. I hope that looking back stirs fond memories and brings a smile to your face!

Funny this should be my flashback - I've no longer got this gas hob and treated myself to an induction one in my re-vamped kitchen. Little did I know then what was going to happen to gas prices!
I looked at this picture from May 2012 and said, "Huh?" Then I looked more closely, read my text and realized what I was looking at a picture of! I miss working in downtown Chicago. The Rookery Building is beautiful, both the exterior and the lobby. There are lots of wonderful pictures of it on the 365 Project by photographers other than me!
From September, 2017 doing the Nifty-Fifty SOOC challenge where even cropping was not allowed. Hubby (and I) was amazed at how close I could actually get to this duck!
Just want to say "thank you, Skip" for continuing this every week. I really enjoy reading your photography quotes.
May 2018 Hale Library Recovery: A close up of a couple of the large tubes feeding into Hale Library on the KSU campus, which had burned the week before. The tubes are either blowing air in or sucking moisture out.
@skipt07 Very nice! That's about a half a year before I started my project. Nonetheless, I just put it into my favorites. Glad it came up for you in the Flashback.

This is the statue atop a war memorial (built at the end of the First World War). It depicts the angel of peace taming a lion.
