In the little town of Georgetown, Ontario there is a lovely war memorial that was built just after the First World War. The memorial's original plaque is done with beautiful Art Nouveau scrollwork, and the top of the memorial features this bronze sculpture-- The Angel of Peace Taming a Lion.
