It's the first tag challenge of 2020 and thanks to the combo of "food and outdoors" plus your generous votes, I am the one elected to kick it off this year. A round of applause for @northy who hosted #154 and again thanks to all who voted for my Red-bellied Woodpecker dining on sunflower seeds at my bird feeder.
Let's get started:
The challenge here is to combine luck with creativity to see what you can do with your random tags.
The rules are easy:
Step 1: Click on the "Browse" section and select the "By Tag" link. Close your eyes and randomly click on a tag.
Step 2: Do it again - no peeking!
You will use those two randomly chosen tags as an inspiration to create one picture that encompasses both tags... or for an added challenge you can try three tags if you want to!
Please CLEARLY state your two (or three) tags when you post your entries as this will let me know what your tags are. You may submit more than one entry -- you may use the same tags or you may randomly choose two new tags.
For this challenge if you have chosen a set of tags that you feel would be impossible to do anything with, rather than skip the challenge, I am offering you these tags that I selected using the above method (you can use all 3, or any 2 of the 3).

Hmm! I'll have to be a bit creative, methinks. My two main picks are "France" and "view", with "red" as the supplemental third. As I know I won't be in France during the prescribed dates, I'll have to fudge it somehow :)
@spanishliz you mean you can’t book a quick trip to Paris for the sake of the challenge? Lol I might book a trip to Hawaii for mine. Haha . I just picked a third optional tag of black and white. Really doesn’t help .
I haven't done one of these for a good while. I went to the tags and after 7 attempts the mouse finally landed on a tag, "purple". Okay, good start. After four more attempts, it landed on, "insect". Not good. We have 3 inches of snow on the ground and the chance of me finding a purple insect or any insect of any color is nil. I tried again and landed on, "London". Since I live approximately 3800 miles from London, likelihood zero. My next try was "mountains". No mountains within close proximity. 😕 On my last try, I got, "vintage". There is a possibility there. I have a feeling I am supposed to sit this one out.
@skipt07 Oh, no, I don't think it means you're supposed to sit this one out Skip! You can always do a combo of girl, school and clouds. I'm sure you have a school nearby and I'm sure there'll be some clouds in the sky above over the course of the challenge. You can do it- I know you can!
I got church, landscape, and clouds. Should be able to do this when it stops raining! @skipt07
The tag challenge is never easy ... you sometimes get lucky with easy tags and sometimes you don't! It's a great way to stretch your creativity when you don't!
Are we supposed to post our images here? Oh dear, I uploaded as my daily image. If we are to put them here, how do we do that?? Sorry to be so dumb. :(
Ann - I just noticed that your tag for this edition of the tag challenge is 155 rather than 165 so you will have to note the dates to make sure that you do not select the entries from tag challenge 155 that was run back in September/October of 2018.
Not to worry - we will get the numbering correct next round!
No - they are not all current. No one has voted yet so it is easy to delete if you want.
Besides - it is still the 20th here in Canada (and other parts of the world).
