Another Friday is upon us. Today I am in the Land of Lincoln for our granddaughter's graduation from Vet Tech school at Parkland College.
Hope you have a great weekend!
This is an easy and fun challenge open to everyone. Once you have taken 30 or more photos the flashback link will appear in the box below "View this month" under "Photo Details" on your page. Hopefully, as we go back in time we will see that our photography skills have improved and maybe even have a laugh or two at what we once thought were good enough to post.
Click the Flashback View link and it will take you to one of your past photos.
This is a fun and random way to share some of our older work... try not to cheat, and use the first image it gives you, even if you aren't too fond of it!
To share: Underneath your photo is a curved arrow to the right (โฆ). Click on the arrow and there will be an "Embed Code" you can copy. Copy that then paste it in the comment box below
Bizarrely, this shot is from 2014 but I only posted on here in February 2018. But it's the random one it chose, so here is my visit to the USA and Times Square!
From last month: my mother and her great-grandaughter. Appropriate as we're going to visit the new baby again today and it's Mum's birthday tomorrow :-)
Oh, my, the flashback took me all of the way back to November of 2011 and a picture of myself with my 3 high school girlfriends. If you have a minute, please click on the picture and read about the other ladies in the picture. @suelbiz47, here is a wonderful memory for you!
This was just under 2 years after the 2011 earthquake that killed 185 people and injured 1000โs of others. Containers propping up buildings. Still on the rebuild journey. The resilience is astounding
February 17th 2015. We were coming home to Toronto from a sunny Mexico vacation into minus 40 degree weather. apparently it was the coldest day of the month as we found out later..
