The Nguni cattle are back.....

a breed special to S.A. A hybrid of Indian and later European breeds, they were introduced by the Bantu speaking tribe to South Africa during their migration from the north of the continent.

There is a wildlife refuge near us that has a few of these. You ride around the park in a special truck that is open and you sit on benches. They give you a bucket of feed and the animals come to you. These you have to be careful with because of their huge horns or you might get your hands or fingers pinched between their horns and the truck.
