I love to try new things! I recently read that chive blossoms with their blush of purple and light onion flavor make a delightful addition to salads. Once these buds flower, we’ll give them a try!

Love the softness and dof in this, fav! My parents always had chives in their garden when I was growing up, but I've never heard about eating the flowers before. They would add great colour as well as flavour to salads.
