Went on a lovely windy walk (with a dash of mud) with a gaggle of dogs and a flock of friends (well two). We came across an isolated farm in the middle of arable fields with a lovely red barn featuring this weather vane. We were quite surprised to find it also had an airstrip, a hangar and a buddha statue (see @helenmoss for a pic). It was lovely to be up a hill in the fresh air, taking advantage of Helen having some well deserved spare time.

@snowy Yes - before she sticks to that desk!! I've missed our doggy outings. I think it's my turn to think up the next walk though and recently I've only been good at getting lost!
ooh, lovely shot - I didn't notice this weather vane at all, which I'm most ashamed about as I love weather vanes - great how you've got the sun just peeking through that grey sky
