First and foremost - massive thanks for all the comments, faves and follows arising from my egg shot - it was a great surprise but it's good to know that we're all equally mad!! I've been away from the computer all day and 365 seems to have run away from me - so I'm trying to catch up as much as I can right now!
I've been hoping for some nice wisteria shots but the town is so hot and crowded that I decided to take Monty on a country walk instead. Normally if we go to the lovely village of Bourn we park at the coffee shop (:0)) but it's closed for Good Friday so we had to venture further into the village. As a result we chose a different footpath which led us into a field with this lovely horse. She was very keen to follow us REALLY closely - in fact it was tricky getting far enough away for a photo. She's quite a hippy chick.
This looks wonderfully retro. I've never seen an equine accessory like that before. I'm sure she appreciates not having to deal with pesky flies in her face. Great shot. :)
