Eclectic

Thank you very much for your lovely comments on yesterday's landscape. It was 'special' if not desirable weather. I had a choice of rather disappointing shots today so apologies - I just don't seem to have enough time at the moment.
Jesus College has both temporary and permanent sculpture exhibitions - I think these are temporary but they do have a cricketing hare by Barry Flanagan permanently on their sports field. I need to get down there without the dog so that I can wander round properly. This was taken through the gate so I couldn't do any jaunty angles and was trying to avoid the tree and a hedge which I've cropped out. I do really like the bricks in that building behind though.

Love the brickwork in the building and wonderful chimneys. And that is one sporty and lively looking rabbit sculpture. Looks like maybe a stegosaurus and a T Rex are on site as well. Fun shot!

A lot going on in this pic. You got to get over the fence and sort things out. Looks like a place to be.

Judith a good job for the situation you described :) .was there a letter box on the gate :) ?.........the colours and shape of the middle sculpture match nicely to the colours and shape of the building

that certainly looks to be an ecclectic mix of stuff going on there - love the mix of textures and shapes

@phil_howcroft Just a slightly scare electric gate that closes itself on unsuspecting photographers. I did try all sorts of cropping here to try and cut down on the clutter!

I love the old house, and that rabbit is soooo cool., the other one looks like a cutout TRex, or is that just me??

Love the house and those doors!

Took me a long time to look past that gorgeous hare to actually see the bricks in the background.

what a great exhibition and nicely captured. I can imagine something so large being difficult to take especially with hedges. .

Eclectic is the word. The hare looks jaunty and slightly spooky.

very eclectic mix - the hare is great, and the brickwork of the building behind

So much going on here. It really draws the viewer in and makes you want to stop and look around. Nicely done - through the gate and all!

The bunny is unusual and thus my favorite.
