I'm not sure about this shot - I made the mistake of asking Adam to chose between three and I was hoping he'd rave about one of the others (instead of saying, 'rubbish'!) I took some pics of geese and a bike but the exposure and focus were up the spout so this is a quick shot I snuck in as the boat was coming along the river. It's a really pretty part of the river close to the city centre - one of the best bits about Cambridge is this fusion of town and country.
@sarah19 My friends visited from Aberdeen last week and while you had sun in Scotland it was horrible down here - I was panicking!! Luckily the sun came out and we all had a lovely warm afternoon....
Judith ....the words 'row row row your boat'...prefix your title :) ......it's a lovely image and i like how the man at the front of the boat appears to be directing the 'rower'........nice use of a 'letterbox' ..so a big thumbs up from me for that :)
Aww, this feels like home to me. Beautiful shot, crop, focus and I love that green! How can I not fav this :)? Were your really in Berlin a few weeks ago?
I love, love, love this! I agree with someone above who said it seems you are peeping in on them with the foreground soft and the subject in focus. The composition is perfect. Another fav for me.
