That's it I'm spent. No interesting weather - just dull, dull, dull and I'm useless. I soooo wanted a nice sunset shot - I really wanted to follow 'Blue Monday' with 'Orange Wednesday'! In fact the sunrise was very orange but I couldn't bring myself to post the boring shots I took in the garden despite being desperate to use the title.
So you've got the very cute hen my mum gave me with today's clutch of eggs and the pair of piglet slippers I've knitted for my friend's new baby.
Thanks again for the truly overwhelming response to the photos from the last few days - I'm afraid I may have peaked - I'll understand if you all unfollow!!
It happens to us all......funny how you can seem to find several good shots then suddenly they seem to dry up. I can't wait for the next piece of inspiration to come along, like you say usually to do with the weather!
Such a wonderful hen, full of character & a cute face !!! I would have bought one if I had seen this in a shop !! Lovely bootees, no end to your talents Judith, a lovely modern colour too ! Are those your eggs, they are much browner than ours !!! I have thrown in the towel too today !!!
@happypat They are ours but they aren't quite that brown in reality - more of a medium brown colour! November was always going to be a difficult month - I've been so lucky with the weather but yesterday was hopeless as well.
Aww, this is the cutest and I love your set-up with the eggs and the piglet slippers (you're a really talented knitter!!!). I also hate the feeling of anticlimax after a few good shots but this is a really precious shot and I don't think anyone will unfollow you just because you don't upload amazing fog shots every day - that would get boring at some point anyway ;). Have you decided what you will do after the year is finished, yet?
hehe, i can't imagine anyone "unfollowing" you!! you are an amazing photographer and you seem like the nicest person, in fact I'm sure that you are a wonderful person. You can tell a lot about someone by the photos they take:)
I love your hen Judith , I have a bit of a hen theme in our kitchen , it does get difficult to find interesting pictures, most of mine over the last two months have been taken in the house or garden, still not able to drive. I have been doing some knitting using all oddments of wool to make a throw for our granddaughter Amy who is at uni, The little slippers you have done are really cute
Am stunned and grateful for your fav
