We met up with friends for a breezy dog walk today and very nice it was too. They had young children when we first met them and were our role models for how to be a good parents when ours came along. Here is Jeremy with his youngest - he never goes out with a kite in his pocket - still great dad material!! I don't know if I'm too late for the family theme but I'll tag and see.

Lovely - family is so important and I don't know where we would be without them - I'm so glad I get on so well with my daughter and her family. My parents have now both gone so it is so important to appreciate the family that is left
I always think great parents are the ones who give time to their children & your friends must have been good role models !! Lovely father & son photo ..love the silhouette & a great perspective !! Love the arms in the air in unison !
Well it is Christmas Time Judith , I think you should have titled this 'Let's go Fly A Kite' ...as tribute to Mary Poppins, who always seems to pop up on our screens about now....it is a superb shot though , well worth sharing with us :)
