I've been looking for a shot of an eight being lifted into the river for ages and caught this lot on my dog walk this morning. Cool blues, warm day, splendid. And on the way home a nice man had left the prunings from his bay tree on his railings with an invitation for passersby to help themselves - so I did - and there are several fresh leaves in the casserole for later and I'm disproportionately pleased by that!
Ha! Well caught! Lovely shimmery reflections. Going to school in Kingston, way back when, I used to see and know a lot of rowing lads, mind you, they didn't wear lycra then!! but it was the time of the Likely lads! I do that with our bay clippings....they soon disappear!
4am being a bit bleary eyed when I first looked at this I thought some sort of railings in front of the building lol. to add to my comment I agree with all the comments above, there's not much left to say apart from its a fav
really like this - loads of interest; LOL to @bmnorthernlight, made me wet myself laughing - I was musingthey were not all in the same direction and wondering what is wrong with the guy thired form left who has trousers on?! great blues shot. And the stew sounds good - beef and guinness was one of the meals I did a mass cook up on for the freezer last weekend...can't beat it!
Love the colors and the reflections. That building is awesome too
