My little friend Rosie and her brother Thomas came today and we baked biscuits. She was gratifyingly pleased with the apron I made her and is delightful company. Thomas crawled around the kitchen after the cat who stayed just out of arms reach - it turns out that a placid, curious cat is a great baby-entertainment accessory. We were all ready for a nap after lunch though....
An exhausting day but you sound like you have had great fun & I love the pinny with Rosies name on !!! You can sew too Judith, something I am hopeless at ! Little girls love to bake & she will be so proud of her biscuits !!! Extra rations for the cat too..where was Monty during all this ? Early to bed tonight !
@bpaquette@jgpittenger She's very proud of her 'balance bike' (one of those you push along with your feet) but her mum says she's suffering from severe pedal envy so I'm sure she'll be on a 'proper one' as soon as she's able!
LOL - sounds like a great day - our day in London with the boys was pretty exhausting too...only I didn't get a nap!! Hope the bisucits taste as good as they look!
