Now what is a girl supposed to do when presented with a bunting and bike combo?? Too good to ignore and anyway I'm feeling guilty about missing the Jubilee celebrations. I'm off to half pack my bag of your NY trip on Saturday. Adam told me he'd packed but that seems to involve having piles of stuff all over his bedroom floor. Will be catching up with you all shortly.

Nice one! I'm away for a dance weekend in the Yorkshire dales. No doubt it will be full of jubilee funnies! I had to write a new verse for the National Anthem.
@fueast Hahaa!! Well yes actually but there should be some easy photo ops at least! Also quite a few in NY I'm guessing :0) Adam and I are going for half term next week. Nigel is staying to feed revising girl cups of tea. They are going to a karate competition in N Carolina in July.
So jealous - we went to NY exactly this time last year - it was fab! (Have you got your visas? We didn't realise we had to have them beforehand do nearly didn't get there!!)
@judithg phew - we thought you could do it on the plane like the last time we went, had to apply on line at Heathrow after being told we couldn't get past check-in! they went through with literally 3 minutes before check in closed!!

@judithg yes they did know once our had cleared - nothing printed out. Have a great time, I would love to go again, especially now I'm taking so many pictures, so much to see! Have you been before?

@happypat Monty will be delighted not to have to stop for photos - Nigel will be doing extreme hooping with him and I'll have to break him back in afterwards!!! The medical man wouldn't like me holding the the dog but he hasn't half given me a long list of exercises to do while we're away. He's convinced we're going on a lie by the pool holiday and keeps telling me to do water exercises!!

What a fabulous find and a great way to make up for the "missed" jubilee. Wow, NY sounds awesome! I'm sure you'll go wild taking photos there. Can't wait to see the results!!!
