A bit of a poor offering for 1st Feb. I should be posting white rabbits and instead you get a shot from my visit to the hairdressers. The salon has just changed hands and had a revamp. I couldn't resist the mirrored pillar - the staff didn't look remotely surprised that I was photographing myself. I told Nigel that in the close up shots I clearly need a face lift - so he said 'Better delete the photos then'. Well that will be less painful all round.
Three good things:
1. The Poochie Parlour have managed to get some of the hard matted fur out of between Monty's toes so he may be more willing to walk now.
2. A very smart looking, clean dog.
3. Returning from the Poochie Parlour to find my daughter in the kitchen! I was expecting her tomorrow but she had a lecture cancelled and rearranged - she told her dad this morning but kept it as a surprise for me. Awww. Mind you she's been at karate training all night!
Did you get all that blonde hair cut off? I went to the hairdressers yesterday too - my curly topknot a lot better! No mirrored pillar there - very plain room but caters to the older brigade who are very faithful.
I'm not sure about the metal grill! We had a similar day yesterday - Betty went to Paddie Paws in the morning and I had my hair done in the afternoon. It must be that time of year! Betty got a new lease of life but it didn't have quite the same effect on me!
I got my hair done yesterday, too! People must be wanting to freshen themselves up for spring or something. I don't like what Nigel said..(I absolutely hate catching my reflection in the mirrors at the salon. ugh!)
What a lovely suprise you had today :) Like your selfie, hairdressers spend so much time looking in mirrors, I'm not suprised when they didn't bat an eyelid as you drew out your camera!
Have you gone blonde Judith , you do look very glamorous even though you are in jail !!!! I have also had my hair washed & blow dried today, the first time I have ever had it specially done without it being cutting time.
@happypat Oh that's luxury!! Actually I was originally dark but the greyer I get the blonder I go so that I don't have to go so often! I've been 'blonde' for quite a long time though!
@judithg Thats why I went lighter too, kinder on the skin too. you see some ladies who keep their hair dark & it can be very draining on the skin....not talking about your age group yet though!!!!
I should make an appointment. I'm very shaggy because I tried trimming a bit off with my nail scissors. When will I ever learn! In the sumer my hair curls and it isn't so noticeable when I butcher it.
You look very tall. Did you take the pic before or after the bottle?
Poor Monty, he must have been uncomfortable. No wonder he didn't want to walk and you called him lazy. That's it, I'm coming for him!

@catwoman2 that's what I've been doing too, looks pretty stupid now!
