Bit of a frustrating day trying to get work done in the face of 'software upgrade required' messages followed by 'you have forgotten your password'. At least the mountain of ironing that awaits me won't give me an error message...
Three good things:
1. The magnificent Anne won the sewing bee
2. The pet insurers have decided that Rafiki's predilection for pampas grass is an ongoing condition and didn't deduct the excess :0)
3. My son has received a detention for missing the 'House singing' competition - is this what they mean by 'broken youth'?
@tishpics No this is good - I thought I was going to get a lot less. Actually I'm going to switch to John Lewis I think - I get a £20 voucher if I get on with it! I was just waiting for Monty's ear infection to clear up and for Sainsbury's to send me a cheque. Actually they have been very good - I wonder if JL actually use the same people? I think I can get a better rate if I move all three to one provider.
@ruthmouch I know - with 2 weeks to go to the start of exams I think most of Yr 11 felt they had better things to do! To be fair the detention is actually for missing it without permission - but it sounds like permission wouldn't have been granted so safer not to ask!
All things bright and beautiful ~ looks like springtime has arrived in Cambridge. One good thing about ironing is it's user friendliness. Adam skipped out on the "House Singing Competition"? Shame...not. :)
Your three things are very ripe for discussion ...I agree Anne was an awe inspiring winner, pet insurance we have never had but been blessed with healthy animals,,,must be the bugs on the farm & as for Adam is he aiming for a singing career if not let him get on with his exam prep!!

Beautiful how they're reaching for the sun, just like the rest of us I suppose. I was kinda hoping Lauren would win, she had such creative flair and was a real sweetheart.
