Shame about the fence but the farmer has diverted the path so you don't go too close to the lambs - may be trying to avoid that nasty virus or just wants to keep dogs away. Anyway - I quite like the other sheep in the top right quarter who looks like she's worried about missing out on the action.
Three good things:
1. My first little lambs of the year - better late than never.
2. It's not a flower.
3. Meeting up with @tishpics and @lucypics - very lovely ladies.
The sheep in the foreground has a really lovely, calm expression and she looks so dignified. I agree about the other, so funny! Yes, a lovely day yesterday Judith, so glad to have met up!
A strange illusion when you move your photo up & down a little the main stoop seems to move from side to side....just an observation!!!
Lovely lambs & very neat numbers!! Must have been a woman who wrote those!!!
@happypat It's an immaculate farm Pat - whole fields that are considerably neater than our garden! Shame I couldn't get the crazy free range hens in as well....
@happypat They've just built a huge and amazing new house as well - the manicured fields are really very nice but not quite the same as a Lakeland fell!
Such funny creatures sheep, they always look so vacant and rather bemused. So lovely to be one of your three good things. Lovely afternoon had by all :-)
