I wasn't going to post today because I couldn't face yet another wet weather shot (despite seeing some great puddle shots and a nice heron while in the car and unable to stop - yeah that's what they all say...). And then Adam's new coat arrived. It's made from some brand spanking new material and it looks like an ordinary-ish grey and black waterproof (I like to call them 'pac-a-macs' just to destroy all teenage street cred) but when you shine a light on it - wahey - it can't be missed. So Adam modelled it and asked me to take a photo with his iPhone. And here it is - apart from cloning out a couple of tiny blemishes completely SOOC. My camera which can adjust better for extreme light didn't give quite such a contrasty result so I stuck with the iPhone version.
Three GT
1. The excited karate-competitioners are on their way.
2. Fabric chemists who invent amazing things from Kevlar for bullet-proof vests to magic coats.
3. Cycle-friendly fashion.
I want one of these!!!
Amazing stuff that's made of & makes a really cool photo...Adam will want a copy on his wall! I think his modelling pose is very professional too!!
Awesome. A year or two back I was coveting a tweed cycling cape made of some crazy hi-tec tweed that looks normal by daylight but is secretly super-reflective. But it was about a million pounds, so I never got it.
