Still Superwoman

Rachel knew what she was doing wearing that Superman outfit. It was a proud mummy day today as she received her Third Dan Blackbelt. It's no mean feat - it's 7 years since she got her first blackbelt and lot of time and commitment has gone into it.
Three good things:
1. Dedication
2. Adam's having a great time at the festival he's at (says it feels very safe)
3. Did food shopping early and 'town shopping' late and neatly side-stepped most of the crowds.
