Up early to get a huge Maundy Thursday shop in this morning but lovely Nigel walked the dog so I could get down to town for lunch with Katie. We sat outside on the balcony at The Galleria and had lovely food before being driven inside by the cold wind for hot chocolate afters. The river is deep here - almost as deep as a punt pole so it can be complete chaos but today there were almost only pros out. These two were rather casual.
Three GT:
1. Spotted my neighbour's missing cat - hurrah - it hasn't keeled over on my watch. I had to go back in and put more food out.
2. My duckling is in the theme final. What a lovely surprise!
3. Like half the nation we are cracking on with gardening jobs. I'm feeling quite jealous of people going away and/or having visitors as I feel that our Easter holidays have been hijacked by exam revision for years - but at least we are being productive in the garden - and we need to be!
And your duckling deserves to be in the final - it's a super image!
I know what you mean about Easter, we always went away when I was living at home with my mother, but James is allergic to Easter traffic so here we stay!!
I like your chaps in the punts - good composition!
