With thanks to @lucypics for the concept! Had a lovely visit with country walk, cute chicks and cake. Can't beat that! We were going for chickens in a basket but this one had other ideas. I will try and post another pic but I'm running late with this one as I'm in the middle of cleaning up my computer. I went to see the Genius man this morning and he said that the previous advice from the shop was incorrect and gave me new instructions with the ominous words 'It will take hours'. I have a lot of photos still to move and have discovered that quite a lot of my pics had the same file name (designated by camera). This means that I have deleted a load as there wasn't an option to 'load both' - I have an ultimate back up but I have no idea which ones I've 'lost'.
Three GT:
1. Monty and Saski get on very well (though Monty shovelling his nose under Saski's bed to try and extract a random dog treat was rather rude especially as she was sitting in it).
2. I will have a lot of space on my computer when those 'hours' are over.
3. I will be more organised in future.
What a cute little thing - I always wanted to pet a chicklet but am always afraid that it will mess up the relationship to its mother. Maybe some day - in the meantime I have to pet Little J instead ;). That computer stuff sounds annoying! I sill don't have all my data on my new computer since the old one crashed but my pictures are all safe - I hope.
