Bit of a disastrous night's sleep trying to work out what to do about the wrong-sized shed. I wasn't really worried about it but anything out of the ordinary seems to keep me awake these days. When I was working full time and had actual proper worries I slept like a log. I think it was because I was in control of those issues. Anyway after a day of faffing about waiting for phone calls we finally reached an agreement. So the nice young man is back tomorrow and he's going to finish it off and move it back a bit (apparently there's a machine - could be interesting). In the middle of this, trying to do some actual work and frustrating interactions with an airline group booking agent I took Monty off for a walk with Linda in Cambourne. Haven't seen her in ages so catching up to be done and her garden always has a ready supply of photogenic plants.
Three GT:
1. Friends
2. Hopefully a consultation with Jeremy and Linda on shed planting schemes (needs a bit of disguising) at the weekend.
3. Problem resolution.
Wonderful detail here, Judith. I share your frustrations about trying to get a good night's sleep. Trying to get stuff out of one's head in the middle the night is no joke!
Great shot of a meal in a bag! Love the stark severity of the flower head.....almost look like prickles round the bud.
The older you get the more you worry Judith.......the wrong sized shed will be a minor blip to the shed people....a problem I expect that is very commons. Take heart all will be well.
And a good nights sleep tonight! This is gorgeous Judith and a fav from me. I hate not sleeping, occasionally a worry will keep me awake, it is so boring!
Interesting spikey plant. I know what you mean about about small problems spawning a restless night. Why does the really satisfying sleep arrive just an hour before the alarm??
