What a terrible day Sunday was. It was raining hard at 2am when Monty woke up and needed me to take him out and it was still raining at 2pm - and the rest. I was beginning to think we may need to trade in the hens for some ducks. Eventually we dragged Monty out for a walk and at the last minute headed to Cambourne but in the end decided that it would be very antisocial to turn up at Jeremy and Linda's with a very wet dog and he would get too cold if we left him in the car. A pretty useless photo that I can't even tart up with excessive editing. We got all set up for Monty to run through the puddle towards me when Nigel called him (decided he was going too fast and I'd miss the shot - Monty hasn't gone 'too fast' for quite a while) - it really is VERY hard to get decent staff....
You've got a nice shot there. Reflection of Monty, 2 for 1! Can't be bad, it's a great shot to show how wet it is with that huge pool of water in front of him and the soggy grass. Like the photo style edit.
The first time I have seen Nigel in a shot Judith! It must have made some splashes when Monty ran through that....hope you stood well back!
You did have some rain...we had none yesterday nor today in fact none for a while!
