early morning streetlight starburst in torrential rain
This morning the light was low and the rain torrential, I saw a halo around the streetlight. Unfortunately with the humidity here it is never a simple matter of grabbing camera and stepping onto balcony and snapping away. The lens will always fog up, ditto the viewfinder, the body of the camera gets covered in condensation. We have to keep the air con on as a dehumidifying measure, we are not permitted to turn it off or alter temp from 23-24 C - so that means a trip with camera means dealing with the fogging or leaving cameras in bag in outside temps for a good length of time.
