Frigate Bird. There are three species of frigate birds on CI. They are all large birds who seem to spend hours soaring over the sea and the island. They seem to be bullies too, I have seen them bullying boobies and bosun birds. I've seen them steal nesting material from the boobies too.
If you have a juvenile sense of humour (as I do) their name frigate bird sounds funny when you say it, as is the booby (bird) and there is a Chinese restaurant here called Lucky Ho's and a shop with the unfortunate sounding name of Boong trading.
love it. I used to drink at the Nostril (Austral) or the Excreter (Exeter) and even the Poo Juicers (Producers). Just don't ask me what we called the Crown and Anchor!
