partner and i had sushi dinner tonight. he was supposed to make a 9:00 p.m. pick up and delivery outside of toronto. i had an idea for a shot inspired by @netkonexxion's 'tall entrance' post, but when we got to the place, the whole building was wrapped in tarp and there were construction crap all around it. renovation, what do you know?
with my post of the day a bust, i have to settle for this school bus on top of a building which we see all the time driving up the highway.
despite this and the last three nights' shots, i find that i am totally unprepared for night photography. but damon @netkonexxion was right: you have to envision first what you're shooting before you press the shutter.
good night, my friends. i shall catch up on your albums tomorrow, inshallah.
isn't that school bus a riot? the company housed in this building is an authorized supplier of school uniforms around toronto area. and that's the only reason i could think of why they had that bus up there. cool, huh!
@summerfield ok tx! from the gardiner? makes sense... i'd likely be by there a fair bit... i think as advertising goes it is more creative and impactful than a bill board ;p
