Thanksgiving pie...

After the turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and cranberries, what could be better than a piece of Mincemeat Pie? Well, maybe pumpkin, but some around here prefer mincemeat. I prefer the crust. Happy Thanksgiving!
