It was youngest's fall break, and our first stop when I arrived in Portland was the Tilikum Crossing Bridge. What a beautiful bridge! With no cars allowed it is a quiet and pleasant walk. We crossed it in the early evening, and then I realized I'd forgotten a tripod, so we quickly went back downtown to get one and returned to try some night shots. I love the lights! They change color according to the Willamette River's water level, temperature, and speed. Tonight it was a fluctuating green with brief washes of yellow. Beautiful!
Fabulous lit up bridge, and great reflections in the water!! Definitely worth the trip back with the tripod!! FAV! And, what a great idea with those lights changing color with the different conditions in the water....love it!!
