We took mom to the park today. It was a gorgeous fall afternoon. Bright sunshine, no wind, cool but pleasant temperatures. I've never seen the park look so pretty. There were a mix of greens, yellows, and reds in the trees. This year the trees have put on their colors in waves. Just as one species finishes, another begins. The river valley is stunning right now. This is the longest we've enjoyed fall colors that I can remember.
