Nice to get out for a shortish walk along the River Teifi at Cenarth Falls (2-3 miles away) before sitting down to a nice turkey Christmas Day Dinner Roast with all the trimmings with my family.
I will probably have to go for another walk after the dinner (if I don't fall asleep!!)
