I came across this 'figure' at the entrance to a small 'arty' arcade of shops locally.
What was interesting to me was the modellers/artists have used some very old newspapers to 'mache' the figure; in fact if you look closely some of it is from a World War II newspaper. (See if you can spot the texts!).
I for one would have personally kept the paper intact but for some 'art is for art's sake'.
