Hark How the Bells by allie912

Hark How the Bells

Hark how the bells,
sweet silver bells,
all seem to say,
throw cares away

Christmas is here,
bringing good cheer,
to young and old,
meek and the bold,

Actually these are part of the 37 handbells used by 3rd and 4th grade students in their musical performances.

I love handbells. My mother and sister were both in handbell choir but I never had the chance to be in one. Still, I always love hearing them! Nice shot.

This photo caught my attention. My husband and I played handbells in our church choir for almost 25 years. We were also part of the only marching handbell choir in the world (so we were told) for several years. Loved ringing, but "retired" when we moved from San Diego to Escondido.
