End of the Season

I was across campus for a meeting with only my iPad and saw this landscaping plant. The flowers were fading and the leaves were turning. It seemed a moment that should be preserved.

So true- when I left the plants were showing signs of slowing down. I'm hoping we did not have a frost while I was gone because I was hoping to winter a few of them. Very pretty!

Lovely presentation. We're still hanging on to our flowers here in Florida, not many autumn signs yet except for the Sycamore tree leaves.
