I want to get more veggies in my diet this year, and the most efficient way seems to be buying these tubs of “power greens.” The mix includes spinach, kale, chard and something I had never heard of before, mizuna. I chop them up and sprinkle them over anything and everything. I have not, nor willI I ever, go the green smoothie route.
@hwy614me Exactly! so that’s why I’m aiming low. Not going to make actual salads. Just sprinkling greens on casseroles, sandwiches, pizza, you get the idea.
