I’m not sure it’s appropriate to document a funeral, but for those friends of Ed Stewart unable to be at WPC today, it was a celebration of a life well-lived. You can see here part of the gallery of wonderful photographs from childhood to his decade in Richmond. The needlework is a copy of a humorous poem Ed would recite when it took his fancy. Daughter Debbie said she isn’t sure how the family will share it now. It may have to circulate from one household to the next.
