These are "sugar belles" also called honeybells, a citrus fruit only available in January. It is a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit and is mild and juicy with few seeds. I have given them as mail order gifts but saw them for the first time in a local organic grocery store so I decided to indulge myself. Just looking at them is a pleasure!
@digitalrn They are sweet like clementines. @cindy The framing is created with stand-alone software I downloaded called ImageFramer3. It is made for the Mac and does nothing but add frames once your picture is edited somewhere else.
