It was my turn to take the school iPad home for a test spin. I watched "The Blind Side", read a few chapters of "Pride and Prejudice" (and enlarged the font), checked out the Time Magazine app, looked at some leveled readers for kindergarten, studeid some Google maps, listened to some tunes, opened my Dropbox account and here I am looking at a slide show of today's news from The NY Times. My husband offered to get me my own for Valentine's Day but Having read the Apple rumors, I think I'll hold out til April when the iPad2 comes out. Meanwhile playing with this is a blast.
My hubbie thought he'd never get his hands on the iPad when it came out, I can count how many times I have seen him use it. I think the iPad2 will be better :) Cool shot!
That looks like soooo much fun. I wish we could have one to take home. haha! I've thought of getting one as well...but don't know if I should get an iPad....or a laptop. What would you say?
