Local Lettuce

I saw this last night outside an organic market. I think it was more for demonstration purposes, rather than to harvest crops. I had never seen a vertical garden like this.

I have a flat vertical garden on my fence, home to 18 strawberry plants where I'd normally put like three in the ground area it covers. Still very young plants as it is quite new, but I'm hoping for a few nice deserts this summer :-)

That would be an interesxting concept. They do have upside down hanging tomatoe plants now days
