In Richmond, individual homeowners are responsible for paying for sidewalk installation on their property. One would think a little peer pressure would have gotten that final block installed, but it's been a long time and so far this one panel is conspicuous by its absence.

@allie912 Don't you love that about condo life? Here people are responsible for shoveling their section of the sidewalk (not sure about other maintenance issues), and it makes me so glad that we have the building maintenance crew to take care of that for us.
