When one of our great library volunteers gave me a jug of pure Vermont maple syrup, I changed my dinner plans immediately! Blueberry pancakes and a side order of bacon was just the hearty fare for a cold December evening. I never have the appetite in the morning to eat a big breakfast but for dinner, it gets 5 stars!
