In addition to the pageant this morning, our church offers this Christmas party for the community in the afternoon. Music, the Christmas story, corn chowder and chili, a petting zoo, carriage rides through the neighborhood, cookies and hot cider. On the shortest day of the year, we manage to pack lots in!
How simply wonderful! Is it "Richmond", or your good fortune, to be part of an amazing school and church as well! You are obviously surrounded by exceptional people in a wonderful community!
@allie912 How wonderful! I understand perfectly...we've found it in Lunenburg, and it fills my heart to overflowing! Sounds perhaps overstated and trite, but it's the best I can say it...and I know you have found it, too.
