I just bet that it is! It is at my house regularly. Sometimes I feel badly for not supporting my local stores more and probably one day I will regret it when I no longer have those stores but it is just so EASY!
Oh yeah, we recognise it here in Australia and often if there's a parcel like that, and you're not home, the postie or parcel delivery dude leaves a card in the letterbox and we have to pick it up at the post office. It's safer and is more likely to be dry in case it rains. I have a PO Box so no matter what, I get a card for my parcels, and I pick them up at the post office anyway - mainly because at my letterbox, the mail is stolen by the local kids.
