Eating Locally, Part I

A neighbor stopped at Meg’s yesterday afternoon and shared raspberries picked from her back yard. Meg decided to make Browned Butter Raspberry Tart, a recipe she used when she baked for the Farmers Markets. Jack helped and the result was a crunchy toffee-like crust supporting sweet tender berries in a delicate batter. Heavenly!
It looks like they had fun and the end result looks delicious.
