It is always exciting when people stand up and choose to become part of a church community. This group was extra special, because along with 2 couples who joined after attending services for a year or two, the husband of a long-time member finally decided it was time for him to make a commitment. We all assumed he was already a member so there was much gentle laughter when his name was read. Clearly he did not make this decision lightly.
