Making Things Right

A little repair work was needed to a neighbor’s front steps. It actually required two workers and most of the day but in the end, they have a much safer walkway.

@happypat in some areas they call these “townhouses” because each unit has its own entrance but we use the generic term “condo.”Condominiums are in general group residences where the units are owned, not rented, and they can have a common entrance with multiple units or this style. John and I live here. We like the maintenance-free aspect of condo living.

@allie912 Ah those are condos …I have heard of that term but never wondered what it meant! Yes they must be easy living & warm too being all in a row. Thank you.
