Don’t Follow Too Close

I was fascinated by all the signs displayed on this trailer. Many seem to have originated in Texas. I wonder what brought them to Richmond. I’m glad this cart was parked so I could study the placards at my leisure. Trying to read them while driving could be pretty tricky.
