Past the Rooftops by annied

Past the Rooftops

A glorious sunny day drew me outside and I decided to play around with camera settings. Note to self: to enhance learning note down the settings and learn more about them - lol. I loaded the RAW format into photoshop and played around with tweaking the settings - I liked this one.
Played around with orbs on this shot http://365project.org/annied/the-ones-i-left/2013-05-15
Love the processing it has a real painterly feel to it

Thanks :) I took quite a few pics over the roof today- in the afternoon the sunset was beautiful - if you have time I would love if you checked out my raindrops pic in my other album - I finally captured reflections lol

Nice pp on this shot. It does look painterly! Not sure which camera u have but follow the rule about not blowing the highlights. There are setting on DSLRs which inform u when u review on camera whether highlights are blown. Otherwise, just looking at the histogram helps.

I like this a lot, and laughed when I read your note about settings. With all the ones I've now done processing on, I have no idea what I did when. DUH! Taking notes would be a great idea!
