against all odds

this Ornamental Gum looked as if it was done and dusted - the brown crackled leaves at the back indicated it had died - either frost or sunburn doing it in - but - I noticed new green tips the other day and they are going strong - yay!
this is my first Lensbaby foray - the Muse with f8 I think - have taken a few photos but I liked this
