DAMSEL FLY by annied

DAMSEL FLY

while others were watching the elephants I was busy leaning over the fence trying to photograph the bloody dragonflies and damsel flies - amazing how many people lean over too to see what you're doing hahahaha
this is the best of a bunch
All the dragon flies I've seen seem to zig zag in 50km/hr spurts! Very nice!

Great shot! He looks like a helicopter! I believe that fellow there is a damsel fly. No?

Where did you take it?

Great shot, it's Dick Smith in his helicopter. A game a group of us used to play when we were teenagers was to look up at a tall building and say "Oh God look at that" before long you have quite a crowd looking up and you quietly walk away and watch from the background. I am old enough to try it again now I think. ha ha. May make a good picture.
